The Workspace Group appointed TRUE to create and execute a content-driven social media strategy for its co-working spaces.
Club Workspace is London’s most innovative and exciting co-working network of start-ups and SMEs. Seven co-working spaces in Clerkenwell, Chancery Lane, Bethnal Green, Kennington, Bankside, London Bridge and Chiswick are home to a thriving and collaborative community of entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses. More spaces in Borough, Dulwich and Ladbroke Grove are opening soon.
The Workspace Group’s sister company, Club Workspace, appointed TRUE to create and execute a content-driven social-media strategy that would inspire and engage the co-working and start-up communities and bring the Club Workspace brand to life.
TRUE is responsible for community management across channels including Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, creating strategic editorial daily to engage more deeply with their members. Profile stories and videos showcase the vibrancy and potential of the small businesses in the Club Workspace environment.
TRUE also works in partnership with the Club Workspace team to position, launch and promote new spaces. TRUE was part of the launch of the spaces in London Bridge, on Chancery Lane and near Bethnal Green in the Pill Box building.
Using analytics and tracking tools, TRUE was able to generate leads by pinpointing target demographics; develop digital content tailored to our varied audiences’ interests; and listen to and pass on member feedback to the client.
